We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

However, as a service supplier in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obligated to monitor forwarded or saved information from third parties, nor to investigate circumstances suggestive of unlawful activities.

Obligations to the removal or blocking of the use of information as according to general legislation remain unaffected by this. Any liability in this respect is, however, only incurred from the moment that knowledge of the specific breach of law is obtained. As soon as we become aware of such a breach of law, we will remove such content immediately.
